Introducing, Sound Current
February 26th, 2009 Posted in Interviews, Music
My guest spot as an interviewer on GameSetWatch has just been extended to a regular column, called “Sound Current.” This Q&A series will be exploring diverse opinions on innovative projects in videogame audio. The first installment under the Sound Current banner is a discussion with Vincent Diamante on the topic of his score for Flower, the Playstation Network title created by ThatGameCompany.
As for trackbacks, this article has been linked to by PushSquare. Majeb Athab at Joystiq [Playstation] took the time to write about it for “Flower composer talks game’s soundtrack.” As a fan of the former Playstation Fanboy, it always means a lot to have these articles be noticed by the site. You can now find the interview on Gamasutra, and in French as “Interview avec Vincent Diamante” by Jérémie of Squaremusic.
Two English-language interviews and two Japanese-language articles have been completed for future Sound Current installments, while a number more are in progress. Be sure to subscribe to this RSS feed, those who want to keep up with the latest in the development of this series of conversations on VGM.
